Regular Purchasing

A prospective buyer living close enough to permit travel to/from the Gallery has the option of making an appointment to visit available collections, or, in the case of smaller items, a visit to a location commutable by a representative of the Gallery may be arranged. For example, meetings to show smaller pieces are frequently arranged in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. A buyer is under no obligation to purchase art during such a meeting. If such a meeting should result in purchase, purchase may be made by cash, credit card, or check. If necessary, personalized plans are available to offer clients the opportunity to make payment over time. There is no interest charged for this service. Artwork is delivered to the client at time which full payment has been satisfied. All sales are final. However, if an extended payment plan has been utilized, and a client must change his/her mind for any reason, a credit will be extended to the client for use on a future Gallery purchase. Specific terms will vary. Reminder: Most sales are subject to 6% Pennsylvania sales tax. Prices stated on the website do not include this tax.

Long Distance Purchasing

Artwork can be mailed or shipped directly to the client for purchase or for purposes of examination. Since we realize that in most cases a client will need to see the artwork firsthand before fully committing to purchase, we are working to upgrade our methodologies in order to make this long distance transaction process as easy as possible for the buyer. At present, once a prospective client informs us of interest in viewing a particular work, we will advise the client of mailing or shipping costs necessary to transport the artwork to the client's chosen destination. In addition, we will advise the client of any applicable sales tax. According to the client's preference, these deliberations may be conducted by e-mail or telephone. Once a client decides to examine and/or purchase a work of art, the client must make payment in full to the Gallery, PLUS shipping costs, PLUS sales tax if applicable. This payment may be made by credit card, check, or money order. Once the payment is received and, in the case of check payment, once the check has cleared our bank, we will ship the requested work and advise the client by e-mail or telephone of the shipment and the guaranteed date of delivery. If, upon receipt, the client is satisfied and wishes to keep the artwork, the sale is final.

Long Distance Refunds

For U.S. clients, the refund policy is as follows: If upon examination of the artwork, the client should wish to return artwork to the Gallery, the Gallery must be in receipt of the returned artwork no later than the one month anniversary date of the original guaranteed date of delivery of the artwork to the client. In other words, if the artwork was originally guaranteed to be delivered to the client on April 12, then the returned artwork must be received by the Gallery on or before May 12 in order for the client to receive refund. Secure packaging and return shipping costs are the client's responsibilities. Upon our receipt of the artwork in good condition on or before the deadline date, we will immediately issue you a refund check or credit card reimbursement, whichever is applicable, in the full amount of the art price (shipping costs are not refundable). We strongly urge you to purchase insurance for return shipping, as we cannot reimburse you for damaged artwork. We regret that there is no refund option for clients outside the U.S. at this time. For international clients, sale is final at point of original ship to. These clients are also responsible for payment of applicable customs fees.
