Featured Artist: The Faulty Beagle Gallery opened its doors to the public in 1992 with a solo exhibition of twenty-one works by David Palmer. Since that time, Palmer has come to be widely known as an American surrealist. In his series LAX, completed spring 2001, the artist's vision has moved into the realm of premonition. In the aftermath of September 11, these vibrantly rendered images of airplanes still thrill us with their grace and color while leaving us overwhelmed in the face of uncanny meaning. This time knowledge is too much to take, yet hope and healing remain possible within the eternal sky.
